192 Brewing Company is transforming for what’s next.
Since 2009, we’ve believed that thriving means listening closely, staying curious, and being willing to evolve. That belief has guided every chapter of our story — from brewing in a 192-square-foot backyard shed, to opening Kenmore’s first legal brewery, to creating a gathering place that brought neighbors together.
As tastes, habits, and the ways our community gathers continue to change, we’re choosing to evolve again.
What’s changing:
We’re transforming our focus toward brewing, sales, distribution, pop-up events, and festivals. As part of this transformation, we are intentionally winding down operations at the 192 Lake Trail Taproom, with a celebratory grand finale week of events in January. This shift allows the 192 brand to travel further, stay nimble, and continue supporting community in new and meaningful ways.
What’s not changing:
• Brewing continues at our original 192-square-foot brewery
• Our commitment to Kenmore and community remains strong
• Shticky Blonde Ale will always be our flagship
• Creativity, quality, and innovation remain at the heart of everything we do
The 192 Lake Trail Taproom has been a powerful chapter in our story — a place where musicians played their first shows, youth teams gathered, friendships formed, and memories were made. We were proud to welcome not only our immediate neighbors, but also the wider community that found us via the Burke-Gilman Trail — cyclists, walkers, runners, and visitors from neighboring cities and far beyond who discovered Kenmore through this unique corridor.
That chapter shaped who we are, and we’re carrying those lessons, relationships, and sense of openness forward as we grow in new directions.
We’re also excited to lean into what’s next, including new products like our upcoming craft “Seldors,” blending the best of seltzers and ciders into something entirely new.
As we look toward 2026, our focus is simple:
Stay rooted, Stay curious, Evolve with purpose.
Please Chill — we’re heading somewhere good, and so we move onward and upward, like bubbles in a beer.
